Installed on the dam of hydropower station, the gantry crane is mainly used to hoist the gate, trash rack and clean-up grab. In addition to the hoisting function of the normal gantry crane, the intelligent gantry crane also has a safety monitoring system, online monitoring system and automatic operation system. The internal state and external operation of the equipment can be clearly seen in the central control room and mobile communication equipment. At the same time, when the monitoring data is close to the set limit value, the system will send alarm signals to the central control room and mobile communication equipment. When the set limit value is reached, the power supply will be cut off automatically, and the fault cause signal will be sent.
